Reike is an ancient practice originating in the East and finally migrated to the West. Reike is the practice of manipulating Energy (Ki) with the intent to heal. You can heal yourself or you can aid in the healing of others.
When we understand why we do the things we do, the time we spend with others is all the more beautiful. Next time you hug someone, heal them.
